CandleBrain started with a simple idea: candle making has a lot of moving parts: fragrance load, wax ratios, wick sizing, and where to actually buy supplies. That information shouldn’t be scattered across a dozen forums and PDFs. So we’re building one place for it.
What We’re Building
CandleBrain is a free, growing set of tools for candle makers of every skill level: calculators for fragrance load, water-to-wax conversion, temperature and weight, color, and scent blending; a supplier directory to help you find trustworthy wax, fragrance, wick, and container sources. We also have a nice plain-English dictionary of candle-making terms and a community library of scent and wax blends shared by other makers just like you!
None of it is locked behind a login or a paywall. If it’s useful to you, that’s the whole point.
Built With the Community
Our library, dictionary, and supplier directory grow through suggestions from candle makers like you. If you spot something missing, outdated, or just plain wrong, use the “Suggest / Report an Issue” link at the bottom of any section, and every submission is reviewed by a real person before it goes live.
